In December 2024, we were serenaded by the Munich Radio Orchestra's Wednesdays “Christmas Classics” at the Prinzregententheater in Munich in the run-up to the Christmas holidays.
Under the musical direction of Wayne Marshall and with the vocalist Joan Faulkner, the orchestra presented popular Christmas classics such as “White Christmas”, “Silent Night”, “Jingle Bells” and “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer”. We fully enjoyed the cheerful and at the same time contemplative concert evening. Afterwards, we let the event end in the theater's garden room, under its green vaulted ceiling, with wine and pleasant conversation.
