Case reports of the hand

A 28-year-old man falls on his outstretched right hand while playing soccer. He noticed a painful swelling on the radial side of the wrist. It took him another 14 days before seeking help.

 A 59-year-old woman presents with a longstanding painful swelling on the dorsal side of the right wrist. No symptoms in other joints. No history of trauma, infection, or tumor.
